I agree. If we don’t recycle, the earth will be destroyed in a few time. Some species are already extinct, and it will continue. The oceans are higher, because the glaciers are vanishing. Let’s be more responsible, and recycle. Today everything is used one time and then we throw it. We have the reality on front of us, and we are blind.

Well, I agree with Anna because I think that friends help us to go though situations that not even our mother and father could understand. They are everywhere you want them to be. They help us with school, boyfriends, parents everything. That is great.

Why I want to go to Santiago

I am going to Santiago in January with my family. We are doing this trip because everyone said that is great, funny and very beautiful. We expect to visit all types of places, eat all type of food and also do shopping.

Well, I love going to Guarujá, because I spend more time with my family and friends. But I don’t like to go into the sea there because the water is very often dirty and polluted. So I prefer going to Juquey or Florianopolis, where I can swim.

Why I recommend Florianópolis to visitors

Florianopolis is a wonderful place, it is suited for all the family, all kinds of people.
There are beaches for all tastes, for example, there is Praia Mole for surfing, A Lagoinha (Lagoa da conceição) for the kids as the water is very warm and shallow and the Praia Jureré International for all the family.
I’ve been there for New Year for the past 4 years and we have lots of fun jumping 7 waves at midnight and making wishes for the year to come.

My Carnaval Holidays!!

Well, I spent my Carnival holidays on the beach (Riviera de São lourenço) with my friends who left school last year. On the Riviera there are many apartments, it’s quite a big condominium and quitefun. I stayed almost 1 week but we had classes so we returned to Sao Paulo.
We rode a bike all the time and all over the place: on the beach, to go to the little mall…

Carnival in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro is a beautiful and traditional occasion for the Brazilians. Every year we have school of samba parading in the sambodromo. All the schools participate in a championship during which the best wins, but to win it is very hard because there are many criteria to be fulfilled. This year in Rio de Janeiro the winner was "Beija flor", and in São Paulo the winner was (I think) "Imperio da casa verde".. I´m not sure. I’d like to see the championship once because the avenue is colorful(most of times it is yellow, blue and green= the color of Brazil).

I enjoy Carnival very much because we don´t have school and we can do anywhere we want…And see a lot of people that we couldn´t see in period of class.

My name is Rafaela… and I’m 16 years old. I have brown hair and brown eyes. I study at Lycée Pasteur…and I live in Sao Paulo.
Well… I enjoy all types of food… especially Japanese food and Arabian food but I can’t resist Brazilian food either. Have you tried feijoada?

I love listening to music when I’m tired, and when I am in my room…
My favorite singers are Jack johnson (favorite song: banana pancakes),Seal (Get it together),train (she is on fire), and others.
But what I like the most is going out with my friends, going the movies and in the mall. It is pretty fun.

I love tv shows like Smallville and Prison Break. When I’m not at school I enjoy cooking, I practice sports like volley ,I swim at the club and play soccer.
